3 days. Vibecare is a training for event organizers of concert halls and music clubs. The training is equivalent to a team-building moment in which the entire staff learns to create an optimal visitor experience within a safe and accessible environment from which maximum turnover can be achieved. The following topics are among those covered: crowd management, safety, organizational advice, body language, learning to deal with aggression and team improvement. This training is offered on an international level and is organized in Belgium through the Quality Nights project.
7 days. This masterclass targets event organizers who will be immersed in the knowledge and experience of the best specialists in the field. Within the program, participants work on their own event and are guided by advice and knowledge from renowned speakers of events and venues such as Rock Werchter, I love techno, Extrema, Meatpack, Club Capital,... and many others. The training is very practice-oriented and at the end of the training all participants present their final concept to a jury that evaluates the result and gives additional advice.
4 days. During this course, participants will be taken into the wonderful world of Ableton and learn how to produce their own sound and music. Ableton is one of the leading music production programs for creating electronic music, both live and in the studio. During this course we zoom in on the different functions and possibilities of the software program. At the end of the course one will be able to create their own tracks.
2 days. In this course, participants will learn how to best build a promotional strategy and how to launch an effective social media campaign. The course is taught by true social media specialists. Besides all the information about strategies and campaigns, they will give you the best tips & tricks.
2 days. This master class is aimed at nightlife managers who will be immersed in the knowledge and experience of the best specialists in the business. One learns how to optimally deal with the team, provide visitors with the ultimate experience, learn to deal with crisis situations and achieve maximum return.
7 days. This training, which learns participants the basics of becoming an event organiser, is ideal for anyone who wants to organize small to medium-sized events. Within the program, they work on their own event and are guided by advice and knowledge from renowned speakers of the event sector. One gets a complete picture of what is required in the preparation, execution and aftercare of a small to medium-sized event. The training is very practice-oriented and at the end all participants present their finished concept to a jury that evaluates the result and gives additional advice. Afterwards, the possibility of organizing the project together with one of the existing partners is considered.

From a well thought-out waste management plan to stimulating green mobility solutions, we cover it all. What do you need to pay attention to? Why work with recycled materials? The aim of the training is to provide information about the sustainable, but accessible organization of events. In doing so, we take into account the trends in sustainability, ecology, recycling and accessible living and organizing.

This experience of transformation is increasingly intrigued as a form of cultural experience within the world of events and festivals. In this talk, we lecture about those transformational culture and festivals. A transformational festival is a countercultural festival that embraces a community-building ethic. It envisions a value system that celebrates healthy living, personal growth, social responsibility and creative expression. As a result, transformational refers to both personal transformation (self-actualization) and steering toward sustainability. Something every successfull event organizer of today should know about.

Because we believe that it will not be the same. But why? What are the prospects for the future? What is in store for the broader industry? And more, what will be the trends of the future?

How do you create an optimal visitor experience within a safe and accessible environment? Crowd management is definitely covered here. Also, safety and learning to deal with aggression. This workshop is a shorter training than the 3-day course we offer.
An aftermovie aims to make your visitors relive that fantastic time and get future visitors excited. This means that a good aftermovie should give enough information and show the vibe of the event. That's not as obvious to make as it sounds and since the aftermovie is an important part of the event, we brought this workshop to life. We'll teach you how to make the perfect aftermovie by making your audience relive the moment and be curious to the next, but also which programs are best to use to make one. In short, we teach you from start to finish to deliver the after movie your audience can't resist.
Photos are snapshots that capture the mood of an event. By using visual images, you can advertise your organization tremendously. But it's not that easy to take good pictures of an event. What do you capture in the picture? Do you focus mainly on people or on the space? What about the lighting? What kind of camera should you use? In this workshop we will put everything in order and teach you with a hands-on approach how to capture the best moments of your event.
After this workshop you will not buy a cocktail, you will make 1 yourself. Cosmopolitan, martini, Whiskey Sour, Cherry Blossom, Mint Julep,... you name it. We teach you all the tips & tricks you need to know to make the perfect cocktails. We'll learn which flavors you can and can't mix, which garnishes you should use, and how to serve your cocktail beautifully. At the end of the workshop you will get the chance to make your own unique cocktail.
Stunning visuals and projects are the added value to your event. It brings the mood, it brings the excitement, it brings interest and it brings the joy. Without it, chances are very high that your event will be seen as boring. Therefore, with this workshop we want to teach everyone how to use visuals and projections at their event.
