Vibecare training is a 3-day coaching organised at an international level and is offered through the Quality Nights project to all clubs in Belgium for event organizers, concert halls and music clubs.
The training is a team building in which the entire staff learns to create an optimal visitor experience within a safe and accessible environment where maximum turnover can be achieved. The training is a combination of crowd management, safety, organizational design advice, body language, learning to deal with aggression and team building. The Vibecare strategy combines atmosphere management, crowd management, body language to create positive and intentional experiences from beginning to end.
On the first day of the training the focus will be on crowd management and atmosphere management. Crowd management is of great importance for minimizing risk, limiting care contacts, the prevention and/ or limitation of incidents, preventing the occurrence of uncontrollable processes when crowds move or gather, and for the realization of a high-quality, well organized event.
The training also covers the crowd management flow, more specifically the 5 stages during your event: Arrival, Ingress - walk in, Circulation - the dance floor/ bar experience, Egress and Departure. While this approach was created before the outbreak of Covid-19, this tool applies to both Covid-19 logistics and “normal” event-management routines.
During the training you will learn a lot about atmosphere management - triggers. This consists of a combination of organizational conditions, artist behavior, visitor behavior, crew behavior, social factors, weather conditions and so on. These 2 items are key because when you add crowd management to atmosphere management (CM + AM) you get Vibecare.
The second day will cover the psychology of the crowd, ‘How individual behavior is affected when large crowds come together.’ Here you will learn more about:

The training is equivalent to a team-building moment in which the entire staff learns to create an optimal visitor experience within a safe and accessible environment from which maximum turnover can be achieved. The following topics are among those covered: crowd management, safety, organizational advice, body language, learning to deal with aggression and team improvement. This training is offered on an international level and is organized in Belgium through the Quality Nights project.
7 days. This masterclass targets event organizers who will be immersed in the knowledge and experience of the best specialists in the field. Within the program, participants work on their own event and are guided by advice and knowledge from renowned speakers of events and venues such as Rock Werchter, I love techno, Extrema, Meatpack, Club Capital,... and many others. The training is very practice-oriented and at the end of the training all participants present their final concept to a jury that evaluates the result and gives additional advice.
4 days. During this course, participants will be taken into the wonderful world of Ableton and learn how to produce their own sound and music. Ableton is one of the leading music production programs for creating electronic music, both live and in the studio. During this course we zoom in on the different functions and possibilities of the software program. At the end of the course one will be able to create their own tracks.
2 days. In this course, participants will learn how to best build a promotional strategy and how to launch an effective social media campaign. The course is taught by true social media specialists. Besides all the information about strategies and campaigns, they will give you the best tips & tricks.
2 days. This master class is aimed at nightlife managers who will be immersed in the knowledge and experience of the best specialists in the business. One learns how to optimally deal with the team, provide visitors with the ultimate experience, learn to deal with crisis situations and achieve maximum return.
7 days. This training, which learns participants the basics of becoming an event organiser, is ideal for anyone who wants to organize small to medium-sized events. Within the program, they work on their own event and are guided by advice and knowledge from renowned speakers of the event sector. One gets a complete picture of what is required in the preparation, execution and aftercare of a small to medium-sized event. The training is very practice-oriented and at the end all participants present their finished concept to a jury that evaluates the result and gives additional advice. Afterwards, the possibility of organizing the project together with one of the existing partners is considered.
